LBBC can provide admissions guidance, induction, academic support, study-skills development, wellbeing signposting and progression advice.

How to request support

1. Contact the relevant programme coordinator or student-support team.
2. Explain the support needed and any deadline involved.
3. Provide supporting information only where necessary.
4. Agree the next step and follow-up date.

Confidentiality

Explain the college’s confidentiality, safeguarding and referral arrangements using approved policies.
