2017 Maison Leroy Meursault, Cote de Beaune, France The Kyoto Distillery Between 2000-2010 we farmed aSourced from biodynamically farmed, old vine Chardonnay parcels in Meursault, this wine undergoes native yeast fermentation with extended maceration on skins. Aged for approximately 18 months in 100% new and used French oak barrels, with minimal sulfur addition post malolactic fermentation. The result is a textured, complex wine balancing richness and vibrant minerality, with a long aging potential.
